R. Joe Harris & Associates (RJH) was founded in 1999 and has steadily grown to provide both civil engineering and land surveying services throughout the Charlotte and York County, South Carolina region. RJH has been responsible for a variety of projects ranging from simple, single-task designs to multi-task/multi-phase projects. Our professional staff has extensive experience with municipal, residential and commercial projects.
While we offer both Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services, each department is set up to work together, or separately from one another as needed. Both departments are staffed with competent and highly experienced personnel in both fields and are able to take on and complete challenging projects.
